Delivery times
Proofs: 1–5 days after shooting; graduation season: 5–10. Edited photos: 5–14 business days after selection; paid rush: 1–3. Extra edits and video follow package photos. Video usually takes 10–20 business days, up to 30 days. Free creative sessions have no deadline; typically 1–2 months.
Changing your date
No charge when the date is available. Squeezing a session into an unavailable date costs $100.
Photo retouching
Includes color adjustment, blemish and stray-hair cleanup, and sky replacement when needed. Body reshaping requires the paid premium-edit option. Wear correctly fitted clothing.
Travel availability
Yes, travel is available.
Bringing guests
Outdoor recommendation: 2–4 people; larger groups can distract and reduce photographs, but additional family is welcome. Studio: limit non-photographed guests to 2–5.
Cancellations and refunds
Confirmed sessions generally cannot be refunded. Cancel more than 72 hours beforehand: 50% deposit refund. Within 72 hours: no refund. Delivered edits are non-refundable because of invested time, resources, and creative work. Unavoidable disasters, severe illness, or other emergencies may receive rescheduling or credit at our discretion.
